  • Past physical therapy subject matter expert Veteran’s Health Administration: Falls, balance, gait disorders and functional outcome measures.

  • Co-author, Balance Assessment Handbook for Rehabilitation Therapists.  VA National Center for Patient Safety Fall Toolkit.  

  • Author, Functional Balance Class Training Manual. VA National Center for Patient Safety.  

  • Author of over twenty peer-reviewed publications and poster presentations.

  • Created and delivered over forty professional presentations to regional and national audiences.

  • Co-investigator on over fifteen funded research projects in the areas of falls, mobility, gait and balance.

Combining years of fall-specific clinical expertise, program development, knowledge of current evidence-based practice standards and scholarly activity with detail-oriented critical analysis to meet the fall-related needs of all clients.
